NTSA offers services to support the tile and stone industry and those investigating it. Our bumper to bumper services include all aspects of tile and stone installation and materials, ranging from Consultation, Site Inspections, and Quality Management, to Insurance investigations and Litigation Support.

Forensic Investigation & Failure Analysis

Investigate tile and stone assemblies for compliance with industry standards. This service can range from basic evaluations of installations and products used, to more in-depth investigations, including destructive testing, laboratory analysis and causation of failure. Litigation Support

Review for merit (plaintiff or defense), read opposing expert opinions, interview and prepare fact witnesses, Expert Opinion, Deposition Testimony, Court Testimony. See Clients.

Technical Consultation

General tile and stone consultation, including pre-construction activities, specification writing, plan and specification review, and product use verification.

Quality Control and Assurance

Monitor product use and installation, daily reports, confirm compliance to specifications.

Training and Education

On the job and classroom training for installers and contractors in all aspects of tile and stone installations, including a sub specialty in tile and stone installations in submerged applications , such as pools and spas.

We regularly lecture and conduct presentations at conferences, trade shows, and other venues on a variety of subjects related to the use of tile, stone, and waterproofing.
